Acclaim Building Services (Kent) Ltd was founded by Wayne Horley. Wayne has over 25 years experience in the industry. He started as an electrician and then diversified his capabilities, bringing the same high level of motivation and standards into a wide range of skills. Wayne has personally selected each of the contractors who form part of the team.
We offer a friendly and professional service, maintaining open communication with our clients throughout. We understand the importance of completing projects on time and within budget.
We at Acclaim pride ourselves on our success, which has been built on Wayne's reputation. The vast majority of our business comes through recommendation.

We understand that your home is very important to you. We know it can be daunting to undertake work on your property. That’s why we believe in making it as straightforward as possible.
We offer free advice and guidance as well as free quotes. It’s our aim to offer you value for money, while meeting or exceeding the high standards you expect.
We are happy to organise all aspects of your building needs, or work with your own architect and/or surveyor. Our site coordinator manages all our contractors so that we carry out all our jobs efficiently and with the least disturbance to you.
We complete all our work to a high standard and always to your satisfaction.
Commercial and Property Maintenance -
We recognise that your property investment is very important to you. We know you want to maximise its potential and have it producing a return as quickly as possible. That’s why we customise our services to meet your specific needs and deadlines.
Our experience covers a wide commercial spectrum including office, pub and church buildings. This enables us to suggest some possibilities you may not have thought of. We offer free consultations and no-obligation quotes.
We also offer property maintenance. Whatever the size of your property portfolio we can arrange ad hoc or regular maintenance contracts. This can include building maintenance and ground work, and a snow clearing service for communal areas and car parks.
We carry liability insurance of £2,000,000.
